SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed ASAP and shipped on the next business day, you will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped so you can keep an eye on where it's at. We send all our orders through Australia Post, you can check the estimated domestic delivery times for both regular and express post here.

Delivery Option

If you are within a 5Km radius of Brisbane you can choose our local delivery option, the cost is $5 and you will receive 5 days. We will send you a message on the day to let you know it's coming.

Pickup Option

We have a free pickup option available at the checkout, if you select this option we will contact you when your order is ready for collection, it will be your responsibility to collect the order once it's ready.

Pickup is from Yeronga, Brisbane

International Shipping

We currently offer flat rate international shipping to New Zealand, USA, Canada and the UK if you live outside of these areas and are interested in purchasing please email us and we will see what we can do!

Pre-Orders

Pre orders are shipped within 3 weeks, we will notify you by email when stock has arrived and again when your order has been shipped. We will also notify you when the pre-order is closing so if you need to make any changes to your order you can do this before it is too late.

Return & Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we can offer you a full refund if you send it back to us in original condition within 14 days. We are also happy to exchange for a different size or product, providing we have stock available.

If your order arrives damaged in any way please email us ASAP with details and some pics of the damage so we can find the best way to quickly remedy the situation.

Pre-Orders

If you would like to cancel a pre-ordered item or change the order, this needs to be done before the pre-order closes, we will notify you by email 24 hours before this happens.
